Senate Panel To Discuss HR Violations In Karachi,interior Sindh

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th july,2016) : Senate Standing Committee on Human Rights meeting here tomorrow (Wednesday) will be given briefing on the law and order situation in Karachi with particular reference to human rights violations.
The meeting to be chaired by Senator Nasreen Jalil will be given detailed briefing on law and order situation in interior Sindh with special reference to human rights violations and action taken so far. The meeting will also be given briefing on increasing number of abductions of young children in Lahore within last six months and the measures taken to control it. The committee will also considerate " the Protection Against arassment of Women at Workplace (amendment) Bill,2016 introduced by Senator Azam Khan Swati in the Senate on July 18,2016.
