Transfers, Posting Of Judges In Sindh

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th july, 2016) : The Chief Justice and the Judges of the High Court of Sindh have posted Irfan Ahmed Meo as District & Sessions Judge Jacobabad against the post lying vacant, on his repatriation from Labour Court no: VII, Sukkur, with immediate effect, in the public interest. According to another notification the Additional District & Sessions Judges have been transferred with immediate effect, in the public interest.

Abdul Karim Ansari has been transferred from the Court of XII-ADJ Karachi - East to the Court of IX-ADJ Karachi - East, against the post lying vacant. Mrs.

Mushtari Khanum has been transferred from the Court of VI-ADJ Karachi - East to the Court of XI-ADJ Karachi - East, vice Rehmatullah Mooro transferred. Rehmatullah Mooro has been transferred from the Court of XI-ADJ Karachi - East to the Court of VI-ADJ Karachi - East, vice Mrs. Mushtari Khanum transferred.
