Pakistan Supports Kashmiris' Right To Self Deter-mination: Mirwaiz

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th july, 2016) : Chairman Hurriyet Forum Mirwaiz Umar Farooq Monday said Pakistan always supported Kashmir cause and right to self determination of Kashmiris. Pakistan's moral, diplomatic and international support is with Kashmiris and it also highlighted Kashmir issue at all international fora, he said while talking to ptv. He said Kashmiris have rendered supreme sacrifices for freedom movement and termed it a public mass movement.

"We are protesting on roads to get basic right to self determination", he said.

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said Kashmiris would continue their struggle till logical conclusion. He rejected Indian economic packages for Kashmir and said, Kashmiri people only want their right to self determination.

He strongly condemned Indian troops and police atrocities and barbarism on innocent Kashmiris. He said that he and APHC Chairman Syed Ali Gilani had planned to visit the residence of martyrs of Islamabad, South Kashmir to condole with bereaved families but Indian troops arrested and then put them under house arrest.
