DSP suspended for having links with criminals

PESHAWAR, Dec 23 (APP: Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Nasir Khan Durrani has suspended DSP Saddar Bannu for having close contacts with criminals and ordered departmental inquiry against him.

According to details, significant public complaints had been received by IGP against DSP Saddar Bannu Falak Nawaz Bangash about having close contacts with anti-social elements and soft on criminals.

Taking action on the report the IGP placed the DSP Falak Nawaz Bangash under suspension with immediate effect and constituted a departmental inquiry committee comprising RPO Kohat, SSP Special Branch and DPO Karak against the officer.
