LAHORE, (Pakistan Point News – 21st Dec, 2016) : The move to transfer OGRA under Petroleum Ministry has been challenged in Lahore high court. The plea has been submitted by Sheraz Zaka Advocate in which he said that the approval of OGRA under Petroleum Ministry was not given by Federal cabinet and mutual interest council. Authority cannot be given to the ministry by just one approval. He said that oil companies under ministry will not flourish.
