Free, Fair And Transparent Polls Held In AJK History: Saeed

He was addressing a news conference here on Saturday for the first time after his landslide victory against his nearest rival former AJK Prime Minister Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry from Mirpur City LA-III constituency. He was flanked by his close associates and local elders of the PML (N) Mirpur including Ch.
Ejaz Raza, Dr Amin Chaudhry, Chairman Professional board PML (N) AJK, Raja Sikander and Ch. Nazir from the United Kingdom, Shujah Haider Lodhi Advocate, Mrs. Ishrat Sajaad, ex-councilor Mirza Tahir Mahmood, Mirza Abdul Aziz Advocate, Mir Ejaz Ahmed, Ch.
Abdul Razaq ex Councilors and others on this occasion. Ch. Ejaz Raza and Dr. Amin Ch. while also addressing the media expressed gratitude for the people of AJK including Mirpur citizens for making the party successful in the elections. Saeed continued that convincing defeat to the PPP and the PTI, the closest rivals, at the hands of the PML (N) in the AJK elections, was a severe lesson for those involved in the vested- interest and corrupt politics.
He said that the PPP was paid off, in form of a convincing defeat in the elections by the people of Azad Jammu & Kashmir because of its most worst era of bad governance in the 69-year-old power history of Azad Jammu Kashmir.
The victorious candidate of PML -N Ch. Saeed paid rich tributes to Pakistan Army, AJK Election Commission, Divisional and District Administration besides all other law enforcement agencies as well as national and AJK state print and electronic media for their due excellent professional and impartial role to ensure holding of the elections in free and fair manner an absolutely required conducive and peaceful atmosphere. Saeed categorically rejected the allegations of rigging leveled by the nearest rival parties including the sitting AJK- ruling PPP in the AJK's Constituencies.
"People of AJK shown the door to PPP in the elections because of its absolutely five-year corrupt rule in AJK where the nation-building institutions totally collapsed and failed in delivering to the masses because of the malpractices, irregularities, massive financial ill-discipline on the part of the ruling junta in almost all public sector institutions during entire five-year term in power in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Saeed thanked the people of entire Azad Jammu and Kashmir including Mirpur City constituency for posing full confidence in the dynamic leadership of the party's chief and Prime Minister Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif by making the party triumphant with a thumping majority.
He also expressed gratitude to his party's activists and supporters from all wings including the district, youth, women and student wings of the PML (N) for their extremely active role to make the party victorious in the polls through their round-the-clock campaigning for the party.
