LHC Rejected PTI Petition To Disqualify CM

LAHORE, (Pakistan Point News – 14th Dec, 2016) : Lahore High Court has rejected PTI petition to disqualify Shahbaz Sharif. Court has ordered the applicant to consult respective form. Justice Ayesha A. Malik led the trial of the petition. The petition says that the Chief Minister breached his oath by ordering the relocation of his family’s sugar mills despite a ban. The petition further said, CM has violated Articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution. To which the Government’s lawyer said that applicant must consult assembly regarding the case. Court rejected the plea after hearing evidences from both sides.
