ISLAMABAD, (Pakistan Point News – 9th Dec, 2016) : Supreme Court has issued the notice to adjourn the hearing of Panama Case till the first week of January. According to details, the issued notification is of two pages. The order stated that the parties were asked about the formation of commission, some agreed while others did not. The court has however adjourned the hearing till the first week of January without giving any decision. With Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamail set to retire, the case will be heard by a new bench.
