ISLAMABAD, (Pakistan Point News – 9th Dec, 2016) : Army deployment in Islamabad extended for three months. According to details, a notification has been issued in the Federal Capital of Islamabad regarding army deployment. Army will operate as a rapid response force in an emergency situation in the capital. The extension was imposed in accordance with Article 245 and will end on 3rd march, 2017. Interior Minister has given the notification of deployment extension.
