Presidents Of Russia, Kyrgyzstan To Hold Talks, Visit Tsentr-2019 Drills On Friday

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 20th September, 2019) Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to hold talks with his Kyrgyz counterpart, Sooronbay Jeenbekov, in the Russian city of Orenburg on Friday.

The two leaders will visit the Donguz range, where the Tsentr-2019 strategic command post drills are currently underway, and then hold bilateral talks.

The Tsentr-2019 military exercise began on Monday and will runt through Saturday. Troops from Russia's Central and Eastern military districts, Caspian Flotilla, Airborne Troops and Aerospace Forces, as well as personnel from China, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan are taking part in the drill.

The main exercise will be held in the ranges of Totsky, Donguz, Adanak, Chebarkul, Yurginsky, Aleysky, Ashuluk and Safakulevo in Russia and in the Caspian Sea, while drills for counterterrorist operations will take place in other countries.
