BRUSELS (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 19th September, 2019) Kiev handed over a roadmap for certification of a new gas transportation system (GTS) operator and a draft gas transportation agreement during trilateral consultations on gas transit between Ukraine, Russia and the European Commission, Ukrainian Energy Minister Oleksiy Orzhel told reporters on Thursday."The Ukrainian side handed over a roadmap for the implementation of the necessary steps in each venue in order to ensure the unbundling and certification of the GTS so that we can sign it. And, accordingly, it passed the draft agreements to the parties," Orzhel said, adding that the documents included a gas transportation agreement.
