BRUSSELS (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 19th September, 2019) The dispute in the Stockholm arbitration court between Ukraine's Naftogaz and Russia's Gazprom was not the subject of Ukraine-Russia-EU negotiations in Brussels on gas transit through Ukraine after 2019, Ukrainian Energy Minister Oleksiy Orzhel told reporters on Thursday."The arbitration is not the subject of ongoing negotiations, but nevertheless, the Russian side raised this topic, and in this case it is their position on this issue," Orzhel said.
