ISLAMABAD, (Pakistan Point News / Online - 19th September, 2019) Illegal hiring's for grae-16 to grade-18 positions were made in different government departments, including Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), sources said on Thursday.Despite departmental inquiries against illegal hiring, many officers were regularized allegedly taking bribe. The sources said some officers were also sacked from their positions for refusing bribe. However, the reason for their removal from jobs was poor performance and incompetency.
It is pertinent to mention here that a fact finding committee under the head of DG services on July 25, 2016 has stated that violations were committed in the induction. The committee stated that illegible people were inducted on the post and the hiring was made without proper procedure.The sources said serious violations were highlighted in the induction of as many as 50 employees. Despite objections, no action has been taken so far.
