India,New delhi(Pakistan Point News - 22 july,2016) :Congrss leader Jyotiraditya Madhaverao Scindia,a member of Indian parliment accused PDP and BJP Govt. of violating all rules and regulations in AJK Azad Jammu Kashmir.InSpite of giving relief to Kasmiry people,their Govt. is killing people of AJK. He further said that it is time to be hold juisticeful elections and plebistic in AJK.
