Census To Be Conducted In Country Soon: Talal

ISLAMABAD, Dec 1 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 01st Dec, 2016 ) : PML-N MNA Talal Chaudhry Thursday said the census would be conducted in the country soon. Talking in a programme of a private news channel, he said the last census was held in the country during PML-N government.

"Provinces are demanding to carry out census under the supervision of army. We are committed to remove reservations of all provinces regarding census," he said. He said the government was ready to hold census in the country in transparent manner.

Replying to a question, he said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was hatching conspiracies against the present government in the shape of protest demonstrations and baseless allegations.

He said PTI levelled baseless allegations of rigging general elections 2013, money laundering and corruption but PTI lawyers did not present any evidence before the Supreme Court.

Talal Chaudhry said PTI was habitual to level baseless allegations against the prime minister. He said the PML-N government after coming into power focused on good governance, energy crisis, terrorism and achieved immense success in this regard.
