Justice Shakeel's resignation accepted

QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd july,2016) : President of Pakistan, Mamnoon Hussain has accepted the resignation of Justice Shakeel Ahmed from the post of Judge. The Judge of the High Court of Balochistan, Justice Shakeel Ahmed has tendered his resignation from the post of Judge due to personal reasons.

A handout issued here on Friday said: "In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 195 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the President is pleased to accept the resignation tendered by Mr.

Justice Shakeel Ahmed, Judge High Court of Balochistan, Quetta, with immediate effect".
