Seven Gamblers Rounded Up With Cash Stake Money

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 30th Nov, 2016 ) :- Police have arrested seven gamblers and recovered Rs 30,880 cash stake money, five mobile phones and other items from their possession.
According to police, Saddar Wah police acting on a tip-off conducted a raid in Darbar Kareemi area in its jurisdiction and arrested five gamblers namely Tahir Iqbal, Muhammad Ibrar, Hashim Khan, Muhammad Akram and Arif who were allegedly involved in betting while playing cards.
Police also recovered Rs8080 cash stake money and five mobile phones. New Town Police conducted a raid in Maliha Park, F-Block area and netted two gamblers namely Muhammad Fayyaz and Gora Kamar. Police also recovered Rs 22,800 cash stake money and other items. Separate cases have been registered against accused while further investigation is underway.
