Cash, Jewellery Looted In Separate Incidents

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Nov, 2016 ) : Armed men looted cash, mobile-phones and other valuables from three persons in separate incidents in the city, here on Tuesday. According to police sources, Qudrat-Ullah, son of Gulzar, a resident of Jhang, was on the way to Multan when he was intercepted by four unidentified armed motorcyclists near NLC Bypass in the Seetal Marri police precincts.
They held him hostage at gunpoint and took away Rs 396,000 in cash. In another incident, one Qaisar, son of Mumtaz, was deprived of mobile-phone worth Rs 16,000 at gunpoint by two unidentified armed men in limits of Bahauddin Zakariya police station.
Meanwhile, two armed men snatched cash and jewellery from one Musarat Bibi in jurisdictions of New Multan police station. Separate cases have been registered.
