Hong Kong, Shanghai Shares Down By Lunch

HONG KONG, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd july,2016) - Hong Kong stocks fell in the morning session, in line with a sell-off around the world as investors were left disappointed by European and Japanese central bank comments that tempered hopes for stimulus measures.
The Hang Seng Index eased 0.45 percent, or 99.29 points, to 21,901.20 by the break. And the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index fell 0.66 percent, or 20.19 points, to 3,018.82, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, lost 0.56 percent, or 11.35 points, falling to 2,026.83.
