ECC Approves Reduction In Gas Prices For Industries

ISLAMABAD, (Pakistan Point News – 25th Nov, 2016) : Economic Coordination Committee has approved reduction of gas prices for industries. The approval came in Committee`s meeting chaired by Finance Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar in Islamabad in which a reduction of Rs 200 per MMBTU was approved. Tax exemption has also been approved for education centers of Earthquake affected areas and on medical equipments. Tax exemption is applicable on the areas of KPK and Azad Kashmir.
