PSP Leader Anis Qaimkhani Indicted In 22 Year Old Arson Case

HYDERABAD, , (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Nov, 2016 ) : The District and Session Court� Hyderabad here Thursday indicted the Pak Sarzameen Party's leader Anis Qaimkhani in a 1994 case of riot and arson.
According to the details, the public prosecutor read out the charges contained in the FIR which includes PPC sections 324, 147, 148, 149 and 422.
However, Qaimkhani refused to accept the charges while his counsel advocate Nisar Durrani informed the court that the other nominated persons in the same FIR had been exonerated from the case.
