ATC awards life imprisonment to accused for abducting trader

BAHAWALPUR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Nov, 2016 ) : Special Judge of Anti-Terrorism Court Bahawalpur Khalid Arshad has awarded life imprisonment twice to accused Muhammad Rafique, son of Muhammad Munshi, along with forfeiting his property under section 365-A read with section 34 PPC and under section 7(e) ATA1997.

Police had registered an FIR No. 131/2015 against the accused Muhammad Rafique son of Muhammad Munshi for abducting a trader Saeed Ahmad and demanding ransom of Rs. 3 million.
