International Community Can Benefit From Pakistan's Counter-
Terrorism Efforts

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st july,2016) : President Mamnoon HussainThursday said Pakistan has successfully addressed the challenge of terrorism and extremism and the international community can benefit from Pakistan's experience in counter-terrorism. Addressing the participants of 41st International Nathiagali Summer College, at a dinner, said Pakistan has suffered the most due to extremism and terrorism.
He said now this menace was affecting other parts of the world which was a matter of great concern. The President said the international community can benefit from Pakistan's experiences because Pakistan has achieved extraordinary success in its counter terrorism efforts. President Mamnoon said that Pakistan launched operation Zarb-e-Azb to wipe out terrorism and added it has produced positive results.
The President said Pakistan believes in peace and called for utilising modern scientific knowledge for the welfare of humanity. Chairman Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) Muhammad Naeem and scientists from home and abroad were also present. President Mamnoon said the Nathiagali Summer College was beneficial for Pakistani scientists as it provided an opportunity to benefit from the experiences of international scientists.
The President said Pakistan believes in peaceful co-existence and was desirous of having friendly relations with all countries, particularly its neighbours.
