ST. PETERSBURG (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 06th June, 2019) Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and Maros Sefcovic, the European Commission's vice-president in charge of the Energy Union, will discuss in the Russian capital of Moscow on June 13 prospects to continue trilateral Russian-EU-Ukrainian talks on Russian gas transit through Ukraine, the Russian Energy Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
"Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak will hold on June 13 a meeting with the European Commission's vice-president in charge of the Energy Union, Maros Sefcovic. They plan to discuss prospects to continue trilateral talks in the Russia-European Union-Ukraine format on Russian gas transit to Europe and also relations within BRELL [Belarus, Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania energy ring]," the Russian Energy Ministry said.
