This Indian election candidate got only five votes

Upset over his defeat, Neetu started crying in front of media.

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 23rd May, 2019) Neetu Shuttran Vala who contested for the first time in Indian elections could secure only five votes.

Upset over his defeat, Neetu started crying in front of media.

In a viral video, Neetu said only his family members had cast nine votes in his favour but after counting, it showed only five votes.

When asked if his family members were also unfair to him, he said, “My family members were not unfair to me. There must be something wrong with the machines.”

Neetu is into the work of repairing shutters and earns merely Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000 per month. He had contested as an independent candidate for the Lok Sabha elections 2019.

After his defeat, Neetu claimed that people did vote for him but something went wrong. He added that he would never contest election again.

He said that he only contested this time out of necessity but he could get five votes. Neetu further said those who cast vote in elections were also thieves.
