Senate Finance Committee Meeting Postponed Due To Lack Of Quorum

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st july,2016) The meeting of the Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization was postponed here on Thursday due to lack of quorum. The meeting of the committee is likely to be held now on Wednesday July 27, under the chairmanship of Senator Mandviwala.
The committee was scheduled to consider and prepare a report related to taxes referred by the house. The committee was also schedule to consider a public petition submitted by one Mr.
Irfan pertaining to problem faced by the disabled persons regarding tax exemption on income more than one million, referred by the Chairman Senate for disposal.
