Jeddah (Pakistan Point News - 21st May, 2019) The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned in the most vigorous terms the terrorist bomb blast, which targeted a tourist bus in Cairo on Sunday 19 May 2019, in the vicinity of the Egyptian grand museum, causing injuries among some tourists and Egyptian citizens. The Secretary General of the OIC, Dr. Yousef Ahmed Al Othaimeen, expressed his wishes of prompt recovery to the victims and reaffirmed the OIC’s full solidarity with the Arab Republic of Egypt in its fight against terrorism and further underlined that such heinous criminal act will only consolidate the steadfastness of Egypt and the Egyptian people and their determination to eradicate the terrorist formations and groupings which seek to destabilize the country and cause prejudice to its security and stability.
The Secretary General renewed the OIC’s principled and unwavering stand, which condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, irrespective of its source.
