MEXICO CITY (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 21st May, 2019) At least ten people were killed in shootings in the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca and Tamaulipas state in the north-east of the country, local media and prosecutors said.
Prosecutors in Oaxaca said they were investigating the murder of four women and two men. Their bodies were discovered on a roadside.
In the meantime, a stand-off between police and local gangs in Tamaulipas left four people dead. All of them belonged to a local gang, Golfo Pacifico news agency said.
