Glowing Tribute Paid To Martyr Gulam Muhammad Khan In IOK

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Nov, 2016 ) : Hurriyet leaders Shabbir Ahmed Dar, Mohammad Iqbal Mir, Mohammad Ahsan Untoo, Imtiyaz Ahmed Reshi and Ghulam Nabi War have paid glowing tributes to martyr Gulam Muhammad Khan, who succumbed to his injuries at a hospital in Srinagar, on Thursday .
According to KMS, Hurriyet leaders in their joint statement issued in Srinagar said the killing of innocent people by Indian forces in Kashmir has became a routine. A delegation led by Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi along with Tahoor Sidiqi and Sheikh Khursheed attended the last rituals of martyr Gulam Muhammad Khan.
On the occasion, they strongly condemned killing of innocent Kashmiri people.
They said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri people would not go waste, adding that the liberation movement would be taken to its logical conclusion at all costs.
Meanwhile, Chairman of Islamic Political Party Mohammad Yousuf Naqash in a statement expressed deep grief over the death of a 75-year-old Ghulam Muhammad Khan. He slammed the Indian occupational forces and said, "Such is their brutal face that they didn't spare even an elderly person." Gulam Muhammad Khan belonged to Ilahi Bag area of Srinagar and was injured when teargas shell fired by forces hit him two weeks earlier.
