Ebad Accords Assent To Sindh Finance Bill 2016

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th july, 2016) : Governor Sindh Dr. Ishrat ul Ebad Khan has accorded assent to Sindh Finance Bill 2016. A spokesman for the Sindh Governor House said here on Wednesday that after the signatures of Governor Sindh it would be called as Sindh Finance Act 2016 and would come into force on and from first day of July 2016.
Through this Act amendments have been made to various sections of Stamp Act 1899, Sindh Urban Immovable Property Tax Act 1958, Sindh Finance Act 1994 and Sindh Sales Tax on Services Act 2011, it was further stated.
