Russia and Iran will continue their cooperation on a project in Fordo, and the construction of a nuclear power plant in Bushehr will go on despite US attempt to derail these plans, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said Wednesday.
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 08th May, 2019) Russia and Iran will continue their cooperation on a project in Fordo, and the construction of a nuclear power plant in Bushehr will go on despite US attempt to derail these plans, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said Wednesday.
"The second and third stages are being built at Bushehr despite US sabotage. Our cooperation [with Russia] on stable isotopes in Fordo is continuing as well, we are working closely with our Russian friends in the nuclear field despite the US actions," Zarif said after talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
