Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 02nd May, 2019) Anti Terrorism Court has acquitted former PPP Senator Faisal Raza Abidi in Anti-judiciary remarks case.ATC has given the reserved judgment in case filed against Faisal Raza Abidi.Court has acquitted former senator Faisal Raza Abidi and other suspects in the case.It is vital to mention here that Faisal Raza Abidi had used derogatory language against judiciary and the then Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar during a web tv channel Programme.In September 2018, Chief Justice had taken suo motu notice of the matter and sent the case against Abidi to the other bench of SC.Abidi was appeared before court in contempt of court case on October 10 after that he was arrested in terrorism case.
