Polling On 22 Reserved Seats Of District Council Continues

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Nov, 2016 ) : Polling on 22 reserved seats of district council and 23 of municipal corporation continued throughout the day peacefully in Multan amid tight security arrangements by the police on Tuesday.
Three polling stations were set up in Multan including Zilla Council Raza Hall, Bosan Town Hall and Jalalpur Peerwala.
As many as 68 voters used their right to vote at Zillah Council Raza Hall, 117 at Bosan Town Hall and 12 at Jalalpur Peerwala.
The polling was conducted for 22 seats including 15 of women, three of Kissan, one of Technocrat, one of Youth and two of Minority. Similarly, 23 members of Municipal Corporation would also be elected in Tuesday's polling including 15 of women, three of minority, two of technocrat, two of labour and one of youth.
