Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 01st May, 2019) Pak Turk foundation has been declared banned organization by Government of Pakistan.Ministry of Interior has declared banned organization according to the terrorism act 1997 section B11 and issued a notification.According to Interior ministry Pak Turk education Foundation are related to terrorists groups. In the list of NECTA the Foundations of Fateh Ullah Gulen is at 71st in the Banned organization.
Terrorist organization of Fateh Ullah Gulen has been included to schedule first by National counter terrorism authority of Pakistan.It is pertinent to mention here that, Supreme Court of Pakistan had declared on December 13 2018 the Gulen organization a terrorist organization while after that notification was issued by ministry of interior.Remember that, Turkey declared Fateh Ullah Gulen was responsible of Military coup in July 2016 in Turkey and banned their all institution and took in their custody.
Turk Government was contacted with Pakistan to ban all Fateh Ullah Gulen institution while Pakistan Government conducted action against all these institution and Pak Turk management were changed. They referred to court against this action although Supreme Court had declared the Pak Turk International Cag Education Foundation a terrorist organization and also ordered to Federal Government that all the other organization of Fateh Ullah Gulen should be declared a terrorist organization.
