Ch Nisar’s chapter closed in Pakistani politics

Gharidah Farooqi said that Nisar is not returning to politics, adding that strong rumours were spread regarding him making a comeback in politics but these are all false.

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 29th April, 2019) Renowned anchor Gharidah Farooqi has said that former Federal minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan’s chapter has been closed in Pakistani politics.

She said that Nisar is not returning to politics, adding that strong rumours were spread regarding him making a comeback in politics but these are all false.

Adding that Ch Nisar had himself refused to take oath as Punjab Assembly member, she said that Prime Minister Imran Khan also does not want to accept Nisar.

She said that Imran Khan’s close aides, particularly PTI’s power centre Jahangir Tareen, will not accept him.

Therefore, Ch Nisar’s chapter has been closed.

However, she said, Punjab chief minister will definitely be changed. Gharidah said that Punjab CM Usman Buzdar has complete support of Jahangir Tareen while Governor Chaudhry Sarwar wants to remove him.

As these rumours reached Tareen, he is now active to change Punjab governor.

As per reports if Usman Buzdar is removed then Nisar will be the strongest candidate for office of CM Punjab.

Nisar contested election as independent candidate but he could not succeed on national assembly seats and he met defeat at the hands of Chaudhry Ghulam Sarwar of PTI. However he succeeded on provincial assembly seat and he has not taken oath so far.

As per reports if Usman Buzdar is removed then Nisar was being considered as the strongest candidate for office of CM Punjab.

Ch Nisar himself said that he would not take oath in Punjab Assembly. While addressing a crowd in his constituency, the senior politician said that former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi tried to convince him but he refused to take oath.
