SC Seeks Service Record Of Sindh Coal Mines Authority Director

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Nov, 2016 ) : The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the Sindh government report regarding appointment of Arif Leghari as Director of Sindh Coal Mines Authority and sought his service record details.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali heard the case regarding the appointment of officials on deputation in the Sindh Coal Mines Authority. During the course of proceedings, Additional Advocate General Sindh submitted a report and informed the court that the provincial government had implemented court orders regarding appointment of Arif Leghari and repatriated him to his parent department.
Arif Leghari also appeared before the court and informed that he was MS Geology and worked in the authority on deputation. He said that he was working as in charge plants in Sindh Coal Mines Authority and 112 plants were installed out of which 107 was working. The court adjourned hearing of the case till last week of December.
