Bhittai's poetry teaches us unity, harmony: Governor

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Nov, 2016 ) : Sindh Governor Justice (retd) Saeed-uz-Zaman Siddiqui Monday said that at a time when the country is facing internal and external challenges, the poetry of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai teaches us the lesson of unity and harmony.

In a statement on the occasion of the Urs of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai, he emphasised upon the need for promoting the message of Bhittai so that the new generation could learn from his achievements and follow his teachings as a guide for a better future.

The Governor said all aspects of the poetry of Bhittai give the message of love, as his whole life reflected justice and honesty, and promotion to his teachings was the need of the time. APP/mkm/msk/rn
