Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 25th April, 2019) Supreme Court of Pakistan has acquitted French national after 11 months who was allegedly involved in the abduction of a lady doctor due to lack of evidences against him.Court has ordered the suspect to submit surety bonds of Rs 2, 00,000.Court also imposed a ban upon suspect's foreign country visit.A three-member bench of the SC presided over by Justice Manzoor Malik took up the case for hearing on Thursday.

Justice Manzoor Malik while expressing displeasure over police performance till yet remarked, "If girl is alive then where is she?CPO must have to tell that where is the girl? he observed.He further remarked, "Disappearance of an educated lady in that way is really painful, we pray that female will be alive".CPO Rawalpindi informed the court that during investigation and remand no evidence was found from the suspect.According to suspect he met with the lady for the last time on Jan 13 in the last year at Airport.Mother of the abducted female informed the court that suspect Sultan gives threats to her and her sons.Court while ordering CPO Rawalpindi to provide security to affected family adjourned the hearing indefinitely.
