The European Space Agency hopes to continue using Russia's Soyuz to send its its astronauts to space, Director-General Jan Woerner told Sputnik

WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 25th April, 2019) The European Space Agency hopes to continue using Russia's Soyuz to send its its astronauts to space, Director-General Jan Woerner told Sputnik.

"We have the next flight, it is with Soyuz for sure - it is Luca Parmitano, a European astronaut coming from Italy in the middle of July," Woerner said in an interview. "I'm not sure what will happen afterwards. So we'll see. I hope that we can still use Soyuz also for European astronauts."
