TOKYO (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 25th April, 2019) The Tokyo District Court has ruled to release former Nissan chairman Carlos Ghosn, who is being probed for his alleged financial misconduct, on bail of 500 million Yen ($4.5 million), the Kyodo news agency reported on Thursday.
The decision marks the second court ruling to release Ghosn on bail in two months.
Prosecutors reportedly plan to challenge the decision.
