2016 'very Likely' Hottest Year On Record: UN

MARRAKECH, Morocco, , (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Nov, 2016 ) - The year 2016 will "very likely" be the hottest on record, the UN said Monday. Temperatures for the year were set to reach about 1.2 C (2.16 degres Fahrenheit) over pre-Industrial Revolution levels -- meaning that 16 of the 17 hottest years on record were this century, said the UN's World Meteorological Organization (WMO).
