Prices Of Fruits, Vegetables Remain Stable In Capital

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Nov, 2016 ) : The prices of fruits and vegetables overall remained stable with minor fluctuation in some items in the Federal capital. According to the Islamabad Market Committee price list issued here Monday, the prices of various fruits and vegetables showed no major difference from the price list of the previous week.
According to price list, potato (Peka) per kilogram is Rs 45, Potato (Sweet) Rs 35, Onion Rs 29, Tomato 51, Ginger Rs 88, Garlic (China) Rs 270, Garlic Local 280, Lemon Rs 66, Lady Finger Rs 69, Pumpkin Rs 29, Brinjal Rs 35, Peas Rs 140, Farsh Bean Rs 88, Tinda (Wilayati) Rs 50, Cucumber Rs 29, Capsicum Rs 140/70, Green Chilli Rs 88, Cauliflower Rs 29, Cabbage Rs 41, Bitter Gourd Rs 110, Spinach Rs 17, Radish Rs 18, Turnip Rs 29, Yam Rs 49, Maroo Rs 45, Carrot Rs 48, Chicken Rs 127 and Egg per dozen Rs 123.
Likewise, he said that rates of fruits per kilogram of high and medium quality in Islamabad are as follows: Apple kala kalo Rs 116/90, Apple Golden Rs 77/60, Apple White Rs 76/58, Apple Ambri Rs 62/45, Apple China Rs 172/120, Banana Pak Rs 80/55, Pear China Rs 172/140, Grapes SunderKhani Rs 210/170, Grapes Tafi Rs 130/125, Grapes Gola Rs 105/90, Guava 45/30, Fruiter Rs 80/55 and Japani Amlok Rs 98/50.
The spokesman has asked all the people to follow this list and inform authorities at 051-4867762 in case of any compliant against shopkeepers.
