FO Decides 3,11,456 Complaints During Last Three Years

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Nov, 2016 ) : Federal Ombudsman (FO) has so far decided 3,11456 complaints of maladministration against federal government departments during the last three years.
Talking to APP, Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis, Federal Ombudsman, Hafiz Ahsaan Ahmad Khokhar said there is no backlog of complaints and all the complaints are being decided within 45 days.
While 44000 complaints of Overseas Pakistanis have been decided here and outside the country related to federal government departments, he added.
