Sri Lanka Extends Curfew Imposed After Series Of Blasts Until Further Notice - Reports

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 21st April, 2019) The government of Sri Lanka has extended the curfew, imposed after a series of deadly blasts that killed at least 207 people and injured more than 450 others on Sunday, until further notice, the local News 1st news organization reported.

Eight blasts hit several churches, hotels and others sites across Sri Lanka on Easter Sunday.

Media reported earlier in the day that the Sri Lankan authorities had imposed a curfew across the country from 6:00 p.m. Sunday to 6:00 a.m. Monday local time (from 12:30 p.m. Sunday to 00:30 a.m. Monday GMT) following the attacks.
