Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 21st April, 2019) Singer cum actor Ali Zafar has shared a beautiful portrait of his wife Ayesha Fazli he made as a college assignment.
Sharing the picture of the portrait, Ali Zafar said he painted this portrait of Ayesha Fazli as his second year college assignment.
He said that it was done to experiment with a technique that renaissance painter used.
“They would first paint the canvas to the darkest tone, then paint high lights with thick white oil paint. Once dried, thin layers of colour in oil were applied over weeks. This would give the effect of a more life like, translucent and real skin texture,” Ali continued.
Unfortunately I only had two hours to paint this so used acrylics on canvas, he added.
Meanwhile, Ayesha also shared a heartfelt post telling why she is lucky to have Ali Zafar in her love.
Ali Zafar and Ayesha Fazli got married in July, 2009 in Lahore.
Ayesha Fazli is also a distant relative of Indian actor Aamir Khan.
