CTP Launches Campaign To Paste Reflectors On Vehicles

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Nov, 2016 ) : City Traffic Police has launched a campaign for pasting reflectors and shiny stickers on vehicles to minimise the chances of accidents during the foggy weather.

Presiding over a meeting here Friday, CTO Arif Shahbaz said that education unit of traffic police had been mobilised to control road accidents and paste reflectors on all vehicles including trucks.

He said that the traffic police on the first of the campaign had pasted reflectors on 567 vehicles, donkey-carts, rickshaws on Sargodha Road, Jhang Road, Satiana Road, Jarranwala Road, Samundri Road, Sheikhupura Road and Canal Road. He said that traffic police initially had got printed 5,000 reflectors and handed over to traffic sector in-charges.
