DCO Orders Crackdown On Quacks

DERA GHAZI KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Nov, 2016 ) : District Coordination Officer (DCO) Nadeem-ur-Rahman has ordered for launching a crackdown on quacks and sealing their clinics immediately.
The DCO, chairing a meeting here on Friday, was informed that various children had been disabled due to wrong treatment by quacks.
The meeting was told that unhygienic conditions at clinics were also a factor behind spread of Aids, hepatitis and other diseases.
The DCO ordered that FIRs should be registered against those involved in quackery and their clinics should be sealed. The DCO also sought a report from the officials concerned after the three-day crackdown.
