RAJKOT, India, , (Pakistan Point News - APP - 11th Nov, 2016 ) - Cheteshwar Pujara and Murali Vijay hit centuries as India attempted to close the gap with England on the third day of a run-laden first Test in Rajkot on Friday. At stumps, India were 319-4 with skipper Virat Kohli batting on 26 and nightwatchman Amit Mishra being dismissed off the last ball of the day for a duck. Pujara hit a fine 124 off 206 balls before being dismissed by all-rounder and first-innings centurion Ben Stokes. Vijay made 126 during a marathon innings that lasted more than eight hours.
