NAB Directed To Submit Reply On Sharjeel

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Nov, 2016 ) : Sindh High Court on Friday directed the National Accountability Court (NAB) to submit its reply regarding the former provincial minister Sharjeel Inam Memon's name on Exit Control List (ECL).
A two-judge bench headed by Mr. Justice Ahmed Ali M.
Sheikh heard a petition filed by Sharjeel through his counsel regarding putting his name on ECL. The court was informed by the petitioner's counsel that his client wanted to come back and appear before the court but his name had been put on ECL and he was apprehensive of his arrest.
On that the court directed NAB to submit its reply on the matter in the next hearing. APP/rap/msk/rn
