Cold, Dry Weather Likely In Most Parts, Shallow Smog In Plain Areas

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Nov, 2016 ) : Mainly clod and dry weather is expected to continue in most parts of the country while shallow smog is likely in plain areas during the next 24 hours.

Smog forecast in Faisalabad, Lahore, Multan and Bahawalpur divisions during this time span.

A westerly wave is expected to affect upper/central parts of the country tonight and likely to persist till Saturday, a Met Official said.

In last 24 hours weather remained dry in plain areas and cold in upper parts of the country. Minimum temperatures recorded on Friday were Skardu, Kalat -03�C, Gilgit -01�C, Hunza 00�C, Gupis 00�C, Quetta, Chitral 01�C, Dir 01�C, Muzaffarabad, Murree 08�C, Islamabad 09�C, Peshawar 10�C, Lahore 12�C, Faisalabad, Multan 14�C, Hyderabad 17�C and Karachi 19�C.
